Acclimatisation

• Leave flooring in the room for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and flat.

Warranty

• Backed by a 25 Year Residential Manufacturer’s Warranty for normal domestic use.

Estimated Delivery

• Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days. Faster options may be available at checkout.

Choose Your Delivery Day

• Select a delivery date at checkout that suits you. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

UK Mainland Delivery

• We deliver across the UK mainland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on postcode and order size.

Kerbside Delivery

• Orders are delivered to kerbside. Please ensure someone is available to receive and move the goods inside.
