Delivery Policy

We aim to make receiving your order as easy and reliable as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we deliver your flooring products, what to expect, and how our service works across the UK.


1. Where We Deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

Delivery is available to homes, businesses and trade addresses. Simply enter your delivery postcode at checkout to confirm availability for your location.


2. How Orders Are Shipped

Once your order is confirmed and processed:

🔹 Your flooring will be sent with one of our trusted UK couriers
🔹 Most orders are delivered kerbside to the address you provide
🔹 Larger orders may arrive on a pallet and may require space for loading/unloading

Please note:

  • Couriers typically stop at the roadside and may not carry pallets indoors
  • If access is restricted (narrow roads, tight gateways, steps), please contact us in advance so we can advise on the best delivery option

3. How Long Delivery Takes

After your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 working days

During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), delivery may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated.


4. Tracking Your Delivery

When your order is on the way:

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email
You’ll get tracking details from the courier
You can follow the progress of your delivery

This helps you plan for when your flooring will arrive.


5. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • The size and weight of your order

The correct delivery cost will be shown before you complete checkout — so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying.


6. Receiving Your Flooring

We recommend checking the delivery when it arrives:

Count the number of packs delivered
Check the packaging for visible damage
If anything looks damaged, note it on the driver’s paperwork

If you spot any issues, take a photo and contact us right away so we can help.


Useful Delivery Notes

Please keep in mind:

  • Deliveries are usually kerbside — couriers don’t always carry goods into your home
  • If you require special delivery instructions, please include them at checkout or contact us beforehand
  • We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier or by external factors such as traffic or weather

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, and the goods are not bespoke or made-to-order, we can usually offer a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled free of charge. In this case:

  • The original delivery charge is non-refundable
  • A return courier charge from £75 will apply for the goods to be returned to our warehouse
  • Return charges are strictly non-refundable
  • Some postcodes, including parts of Scotland and remote areas, may incur a higher return cost based on courier pricing

Any applicable refund will be processed after the goods have been returned to us, minus delivery and return charges.


Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Charges

It is important that someone is available to receive your order on the scheduled delivery date.

If a delivery attempt is made but cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control — including but not limited to:

  • No one available at the delivery address
  • Access issues
  • Incorrect address details

A re-delivery charge of £35 will apply. This charge must be paid before another delivery attempt can be arranged. This fee is set by our pallet courier partners and is non-negotiable.


Failed Deliveries Returned to Us

If a delivery cannot be completed and the order is returned to us — for example due to:

  • A missed delivery where re-delivery is not arranged
  • Refused delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Lack of access or assistance at the delivery location

You will be responsible for:

  • The original delivery charge
  • A return courier charge from £75, which is non-refundable

Return costs may be higher for certain locations depending on distance and courier rates. Once the goods have been returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued minus all delivery and return costs.
