Welcome to Elevated Flooring. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order with Elevated Flooring, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Elevated Flooring is a UK flooring retailer supplying laminate flooring, accessories and related products throughout the United Kingdom.

2. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from Elevated Flooring.
After placing your order:
• You will receive an order confirmation email
• Payment will be authorised and processed
• We will review stock availability and delivery details
• A contract is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or refuse an order due to:
• Stock availability
• Pricing errors
• Product description inaccuracies
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Delivery restrictions
If this happens, you will be notified and refunded in full where applicable.
3. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.
However:
• Product colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting
• Natural variations in tone, texture and grain are normal with flooring products
• Measurements and pack coverage figures may vary slightly within manufacturing tolerances
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing larger quantities.
Some products may occasionally arrive in packaging displaying alternative manufacturer or supplier naming variations. The flooring supplied will remain the correct product ordered.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via:
• Debit card
• Credit card
• Shopify Payments
• Bank transfer (where arranged)
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and authorised.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch.
5. Delivery
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including:
• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days following dispatch.
Important delivery information:
• Deliveries are kerbside only
• Couriers are not required to carry goods into properties, upstairs or through restricted access areas
• Larger orders may arrive on pallets
• Customers must ensure sufficient access for delivery vehicles
Tracking details will be provided where available.
While we work closely with trusted courier partners, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Elevated Flooring is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier issues
• Weather conditions
• Traffic disruptions
• Access restrictions
• Failed delivery attempts
• Circumstances beyond our control
6. Delivery Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery.
Please:
• Check pack quantities
• Inspect packaging for visible damage
• Report any damage or shortages immediately
• Take photographs where possible
Any visible issues should be noted with the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
We recommend checking all flooring thoroughly before installation.
Installed flooring is deemed accepted unless a manufacturing fault is identified.
7. Cancellations
Orders may usually be cancelled free of charge before dispatch unless the goods are bespoke, special order or made-to-order.
Once dispatched:
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• Return courier charges from £75 will apply
• Remote postcode areas may incur higher return costs
Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected.
8. Missed Deliveries & Failed Deliveries
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order on the arranged delivery date.
If delivery fails due to:
• No one available
• Incorrect address information
• Access restrictions
• Refused delivery
A re-delivery charge of £35 will apply.
If goods are returned to us following a failed delivery, customers remain responsible for:
• Original delivery charges
• Return courier costs
• Any additional re-delivery fees
9. Returns
Returned goods must:
• Be unused
• Be unopened
• Be in original packaging
• Be suitable for resale
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Special order, bespoke or clearance products may be non-returnable unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for arranging suitable access and assistance for return collections.
10. Manufacturing Faults
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault:
• Please contact us immediately
• Stop installation immediately once a fault is noticed
• Provide photographs and order details
We cannot accept claims for flooring that has been fully installed where the fault would have been visible beforehand.
Claims will be assessed in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation.
11. Samples
Samples are intended as a guide only.
Due to batch variation, lighting conditions and screen differences:
• Final flooring supplied may vary slightly from sample pieces
• Samples should not be relied upon as an exact colour guarantee
12. Website Use
All content on this website, including:
• Images
• Logos
• Product descriptions
• Graphics
• Branding
remains the property of Elevated Flooring and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
13. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
Information collected may be used for:
• Order processing
• Customer support
• Delivery arrangements
