Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across the UK to both residential and commercial addresses. Delivery costs and times are shown at checkout.

Where are you based?
We are based in Birmingham and supply customers nationwide through our online store.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes. All payments are processed through our secure checkout, and your order is handled professionally from purchase to delivery.

Ordering & Quantities

How much flooring do I need?
Measure your room in square metres and we recommend adding 10% extra for waste (15% for herringbone or complex layouts). Our product pages show pack coverage to help you calculate the correct quantity.

Can I order extra packs later if I run short?
You can, but we always recommend ordering enough at the start to avoid colour or batch differences later.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch if they are not bespoke. Once dispatched, delivery and return charges may apply. Please see our Delivery & Returns policy for full details.

Laminate Flooring

Is laminate flooring suitable for kitchens?
Standard laminate is suitable for most living areas. For kitchens, we recommend using a water-resistant laminate or SPC flooring for better moisture protection.

Can laminate be used with underfloor heating?
Most laminate flooring is compatible with underfloor heating, provided the correct underlay is used and temperature guidelines are followed. Always check the product details before installing.

Is laminate easy to install?
Yes. Our laminate flooring uses a click system, making it suitable for professional installers or confident DIY users.

SPC Flooring

What is SPC flooring?
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring is a rigid, waterproof floor that is highly durable and ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and high-traffic areas.

Is SPC flooring waterproof?
Yes. SPC flooring is fully waterproof, making it suitable for areas where moisture is a concern.

Is SPC better than laminate?
Both have benefits. Laminate offers a traditional wood look at great value, while SPC provides superior water resistance and durability. The best choice depends on the room and usage.

Herringbone Flooring

Do you sell herringbone laminate and SPC?
Yes. We stock herringbone designs in both laminate and SPC ranges.

Does herringbone flooring need more waste allowance?
Yes. We recommend allowing 15% extra when ordering herringbone flooring due to the fitting pattern.

Is herringbone harder to install?
Herringbone installation is more complex than standard planks and is best installed by a professional fitter.

Underlay

Do I need underlay?
Yes. Underlay is essential for laminate and SPC flooring to provide support, sound reduction and moisture protection.

Which underlay should I choose?
The correct underlay depends on:

  • The flooring type (laminate or SPC)
  • Whether you have underfloor heating
  • Sound reduction requirements (especially for flats)

Scotia & Door Bars

What is scotia used for?
Scotia is used to cover the expansion gap between flooring and walls, providing a neat, finished look.

Do I need door bars?
Door bars are recommended where flooring meets another surface (e.g. carpet, tiles) or between rooms to allow for expansion.

Do scotia and door bars match the flooring?
We offer a range of finishes designed to complement our flooring colours as closely as possible.

Delivery & Installation

Is delivery kerbside?
Yes. Flooring is usually delivered kerbside. Please ensure access is suitable and someone is available to receive the order.

Can you install the flooring for me?
We do not currently offer installation, but our products are suitable for professional installers or DIY fitting.
